Does the top have built-in cups or a bra? No, the Waverly top does not have built-in cups or underwire. It is designed as a relaxed cover-up style top. If you prefer extra support, we recommend wearing a supportive swimsuit or bikini top underneath.

How much of the midsection does the top cover? The top has a relaxed, loose fit that skims the body. It covers the midsection when worn naturally but may ride up slightly during active swimming. For full coverage, we recommend pairing it with a one-piece underneath.

Is the fabric see-through when wet? The polyester-spandex blend is designed to be opaque both dry and wet. The fabric does not become transparent in water.

How quickly does it dry? The quick-dry fabric dries significantly faster than cotton swimwear. Most customers find it dry within 30 to 45 minutes in warm weather.

Can I wear this for actual swimming or is it more for lounging? Both. The relaxed fit and quick-dry fabric make it suitable for swimming, but it is equally comfortable for lounging poolside or walking along the beach.

Will the colours fade after washing? With proper care — hand wash or gentle machine wash, hang to dry — the colours hold well. We do not recommend tumble drying or wringing the fabric as this can affect the print over time.

Is this suitable for a holiday or travel? Yes. The quick-dry fabric and lightweight design make the Waverly ideal for travel. It packs easily and dries overnight if needed.
