Return Policy

At Natalie & Thomas Toronto, we are committed to keeping our customers satisfied. However, if you wish to return a product, this document clearly outlines our return policy.

Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return once you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • The return of products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via info@natalieandthomas.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You will return the item at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

  4. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds
After receiving the returned item and confirming the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible.

  • Address errors should be reported within 24 hours of the order.
